I asked several agents to view my late Mum’s property to sell, all were very polite and professional, but then Nick Stewart came to look at the house. Nick took much more time with me, displaying a genuine interest in the property and understanding my circumstances. Before he left I had decided his agency was the right one for the job.

Nick took the trouble to ensure that the brochure photos were taken on a day when the weather showed the house in the best light. Every week, without fail, Michael rang me to update me on progress. It was obvious from our conversations that they were proactive in looking for clients who would be interested in the property. 

Stewart’s were happy to take care of all the viewings and even prepared to do this on Saturdays and evenings if required. In my case they even completed a viewing on a bank holiday evening! What great service, unheard of elsewhere. When it came to the fees they were the same or less than the competition for what I found to be a superior service. 

I found them very professional and supportive throughout the whole process and when we met the usual challenges of coordinating offers, solicitors, surveys and completion dates they did everything possible to make it as smooth and stress free as possible.
