My dream career in estate agency began in Lurgan in 1995, moving to Banbridge, Moira and then to a leading estate agency in London.
I was ready to come back and open Stewart Estate Agents and take a prime office location in Moira which allows us to service a very wide area of the province.
Being passionate about this amazing industry I immediately became members of the National Association of Estate Agents to adhere to the rigorous regulations and maintain the standards within estate agency.
I have worked in Estate Agency for six years focusing specifically on property maintenance within a Lettings department.
Since starting with Stewart Estate Agents in 2020 I have further diversified to sales negotiation and letting valuations. Having extensive knowledge of the rental market & process', together with help from our website and our interactive touch screen display it allows us to further showcase properties to achieve their maximum rental and sales potential and thus missing no opportunities for our clients.
Working in Estate Agency for over 35 years, I still really enjoy meeting clients both past and new to help them find their dream home.
It is a pleasure to now work in the village with such a brilliant team on a part time basis while having the flexibility to support the team with further hours when required such as holidays and particularly busy periods in the office. I ensure the diary is managed effectively, accounts and invoicing are up to date and of course liaising with clients.
Joining Stewart Estate Agents nearing the end of 2021 having worked in estate agency since leaving school in the Lisburn area gaining considerable experience and knowledge in sales and new developments.
Still having enthusiasm and a passion dealing with clients to find that new home. It is our prime office location within the village of Moira that gives us a strong platform to optimise any property within our bright, relaxed and friendly office environment.
We always pride ourselves in providing a highly professional yet individual service to all clients. From the initial contact to liaising with Vendor's, Purchasers and Solicitor's along the conveyancing process until completion.
Starting with Stewart Estate Agents in 2017, having worked in the industry for over 20 years, im able to provide invaluable support to the day to day running of a busy office, covering all aspects of administration adhering to the required regulations.
I love all aspects of my role which I find both exciting and challenging.
